Job summary

Milkhouse Candle Co. is seeking Production Associates to join our production team. You will work on the production line to meet quotas with a focus on safety and quality, performing tasks across multiple areas as needed.

You should be reliable, punctual and capable of following written and verbal instructions, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with teammates to maintain efficient, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in industrial production is strongly preferred.
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents.
• Comply with all safety guidelines at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for up to 10 hours; increments of 4 hours.

• Work Environment: Employee is frequently exposed to fragrances and moving mechanical parts.
