Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Associate (Kemper) to help keep the production line moving by packaging products, moving materials, and supporting safety and quality standards.

You'll work 4:00PM-2:00AM or 6:00PM-4:00AM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed, earning $18-$20 per hour plus benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, and ongoing training. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and adaptability to varying temperatures on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Food production experience is a plus.

In this role, you will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.
