Production Associate - 2nd Shift (Benefits Day 1)

Join our team at Worthington Enterprises - Amtrol, a leading manufacturer of pressure vessels for water systems, plumbing, heating, gas storage, ventilation, and air conditioning applications. We prioritize our employees' growth and development and are currently hiring production associates for the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

The role involves safely manufacturing quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line. Responsibilities include:

• Assembly, testing, problem-solving, material handling, welding, paint line operation, press room operation, and quality control.

The goal is to achieve excellence by providing high-quality service safely and efficiently, contributing to increased profits.

Desired Experience

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, punctual, hardworking, and capable of handling physical and repetitive tasks. Basic requirements include:

• Ability to stand for several hours and handle small parts
• Good hand-eye coordination and basic math and computer skills
• Ability to recognize quality issues and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to distinguish part numbers and sizes, and accurately count and label parts
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures
• English proficiency for reading instructions and communication
• Forklift and crane licenses are a plus

• Starting pay of $20/hour plus $2.00/hour shift differential
• Work hours: 3 pm - 11 pm and 11 pm - 7 am
