Production Associate in New Albany, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour with an additional shift differential for 2nd shift

Shift

2nd Shift Hours: 2pm-10pm

As a Production Associate, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
• Load materials into production machines.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.

Qualifications

• Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs within a scheduled shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Proven reliability and consistency in following attendance policies.
• Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for detail.
