We got our start over 125 years ago when Joseph Lodge founded the Blacklock Foundry in South Pittsburg, TN. His scrappy, hardworking spirit continues to lead us today. A day in the life of a Production Associate
In this dynamic role, you'll be an essential part of our production process. Whether you’re ensuring castings are perfectly finished or inspecting, labeling, and packaging finished goods, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will shine. Your efforts directly contribute to the high standards and success of Lodge.

What We're Looking For

• Champion of safety!
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Forklift license is advantageous!
