Job summary

Pilkington North America, part of the NSG Group, is hiring an entry-level Production Associate at the Columbus depot. You will assemble and inspect automotive replacement safety glass, preparing products for internal and external customers to ensure order accuracy and inventory control.

The role may involve operating material handling equipment. This is a 2nd shift position (Mon-Thurs, 3:30pm-1:15am) in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift 45–70 pounds and use basic hand tools.
• Good attendance is required; ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect automotive replacement safety glass products and supplies; prepare glass for internal and external customers to ensure order accuracy, quality and inventory control.
• May operate material handling equipment (MHE) as needed.

ProductionAssociate:

Responsible for assembling and inspecting automotive replacement safety glass products and supplies; prepares glass products for internal and external customers to ensure order accuracy, quality and inventory control. May operate material handling equipment (MHE) on occasion as needed.

This is a great way to get your foot in the door - Entry level position!

Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 1:15am

Qualifications Required:

• Working in warehouse performing quality job duties
• Lifting of windshields /45 - 70 pounds
• Utilizing basic hand tools
• Good attendance will be REQUIRED!
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
• Must have attention to detail

2nd shift hourly pay: $18.50
