Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm (New Hope, MN)

Job Overview: The Production Associate will be part of a manufacturing/production team operating an extruder line. This is an entry-level position responsible for weigh-up or packaging duties.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing/Production experience required
• Ability to perform basic math, stand most of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (dust, fumes, noise)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate an extruder line as part of a manufacturing/production team
• Perform weigh-up or packaging duties
• Seal, stencil, or label containers of finished product and move to designated area
