Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Byron Center, MI is seeking 1st shift Production Associates to support manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include shift-start direction, quality, packaging, and operating equipment. Requires basic math and safety awareness; high school diploma preferred.

Light to moderate physical effort with ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in manufacturing preferred; English proficiency desired.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English language, both written and spoken, preferred.
• Must be able to use simple math, count and use basic hand-held measuring tools.

• Must be trained and familiar with general safety.

Production Associate Experience

Production Associate Education, Licenses & Certifications

Production Associate Additional Information

• Light to moderate physical effort required including sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing steps or ladders, grasping, fine and course manipulation, reaching both forward and above head level, and tolerant of temperature changes for the entire shift.
• Must be able to push, full and/or lift up to 50 pounds; and safely operate assigned machinery.
