Job summary

Hospeco Brands Group is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Knoxville. In your first 90 days you will be cross-trained as both a Packer and a Machine Operator to gain a broad understanding of our production processes.

Your main duties include safely operating packing equipment, inspecting product quality, labeling to specifications, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while meeting daily production goals and quality standards. Bonuses available after milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and packing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies.
• Accurately package and label products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Record downtime and production figures for the assigned work station.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor machinery and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards.
• Maintain a positive work environment by communicating well with customers, clients, co-workers and management.

Position Summary

As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. Within your first 90 days, you will be cross-trained as both a Packer and a Machine Operator, giving you a broad understanding of our production processes. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our products are efficiently packed, processed, and prepared for distribution—all while adhering to strict quality control and safety standards.

New Hire Bonus

$250 at 90 days and then another $250 at 6 months.
