Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write basic correspondence clearly.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to perform calculations using units of measure, weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Problem-solving skills in situations with a few standardized variables.
• Commitment to following all plant safety rules, GMPs, and operating procedures.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and assist on other shifts as needed.
