Job Details

Base Pay: $17.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and produce components for window assembly
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment involving heavy lifting and manual tasks
• Operate hand tools for constructing window units
• Lift glass onto build tables and roller racks
• Move carts in and out of the production area
• Load and process insulated glass units and assemble vinyl grids
• Offload insulated glass units onto carts
• Use production reports for planning and quality audits to ensure product quality

Qualifications

• Ability to measure accurately to 1/32”
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly above shoulder and waist level
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to interpret statistical data, reports, and instructions
• Capable of using computerized equipment
• Willing to stand, walk, and work on concrete surfaces for extended periods
• High school diploma or GED preferred
