Job Description

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low-rise non‑residential buildings in North America. The Production Associate fabricates and produces component parts for the final assembly of windows. The position requires working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment that may involve heavy lifting and repetitive work.

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, such as saws, welders, and routers.
• Understand and follow verbal instructions.
• Read and follow simple written instructions, work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure, inspect, examine, and observe for product defects.
• Make fraction and decimal conversions.
• Operate any equipment needed to perform a job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to understand and carry out written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.
