Overview

The Production Associate is responsible for assembling finished products using small hand tools, supporting the company’s production goals while ensuring every item meets our high standards of quality. This role involves operating specialized computer software and equipment. The associate plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly while supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Small component assembly using small hand tools to meet daily production goals.
• Utilize computer programs to service circuit boards and verify product information.
• Thorough inspection of finished goods to ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
• Pick and prepare necessary materials according to work orders.
• Provide backup support for the fulfillment team through cross‑training as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

• Experience working in a warehouse/assembly setting, preferred.

Expected Hours

Monday‑Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
