Job description

Job Details

Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour. Shift: 1st shift, Monday‑Friday. Overtime as designated.

Responsibilities

• Assembling building material components on an assembly line under direct supervision.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as insertion, positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts, and using hand and power tools.
• Observe all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to self or co‑workers.
• Remain open to perform repetitive tasks and be cross‑trained in multiple functions within and between department lines.
• Lift 20–40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally for heavy production.
• Stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to a ten‑hour shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of one year related work experience in manufacturing, general labor, or construction.
• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines and collaborate within a team environment.
• Basic mathematical knowledge and proficiency with measuring instruments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Pass a criminal background check.
