ResourceMFG is seeking an entry level Machine Operator in Troy, OH. This position offers $18.35 per hour with all shifts available, and opportunities to work across multiple lines in a manufacturing setting.

You will load bins with parts, operate robotic weld cells when trained, and perform basic spot/repair welding as needed. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Entry Level Machine Operators needed for manufacturing company located in Troy

$18.35 Per Hour

All Shifts Available

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Loads bins with parts
• Loads parts into robotic weld cells
• If trained, may perform manual spot/repair weld functions
• Detects and reports defective materials to supervisor
• Conducts machine operation and safety checks on prescribed intervals
• Performs general clean-up and organization of work area (SCORE- Safety, Cleanliness, Organization, Responsiveness, and Efficiency)
• Other duties as assigned to maintain production.
