Job summary

Jobandtalent in Swainsboro is hiring a Production Associate to join a leading manufacturer of window and door units. You will work with an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package custom products on a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm) with mandatory weekend work and overtime as needed.

You will read schematics, operate machinery, and use a variety of hand and power tools to ensure high-quality output while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for up to 12 hours while performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong attendance and punctuality with no attendance issues.
• Detail-oriented and pride in producing accurate work.
• Willing to rotate between assembly stations on short notice.

Production Associate - Swainsboro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with a leading manufacturer of window and door units in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package custom window and door products.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
• Mandatory weekend work and overtime as needed

Pay Rates

• 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly
