Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

• Strictly adheres to all recipes to ensure products meet Weis markets standards.
• Assist in the preparation of raw materials and the production of the finished products in accordance with production.
• Completes documentation process in according with Weis Markets operating procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of HACCP plan, with a focus to monitoring ingredients and production that propose allergen risks.
• Maintains commitment to food safety, OHSA, PDA, and Weis Markets policies and procedures.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This associate has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Completed or working towards High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
