Job summary

PMC Works is hiring Production Associates to support packaging and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced Illinois facility. This temporary-to-hire position offers long-term potential for strong performers, with 1st and 2nd shifts available on Monday through Friday.

You will assist machine operators, pack and label products, monitor equipment, inspect quality, record data, and handle material loads while maintaining a safe, teamwork-focused environment. Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

We’re hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a growing company, offering long-term potential for strong performers.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Stand for most of the shift
• Perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching
