Hoosier Spring Co. in South Bend, IN, is seeking a Production Associate to operate multiple production machines, set up equipment, and monitor outputs for precision springs used in aerospace and other demanding applications.

• Operate 2-3 production machines and monitor the process.

• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Follow job specifications and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues as needed.

Hoosier Spring Co., a well-established precision manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate in South Bend, IN.

If you have experience operating machines, working in manufacturing, or simply enjoy hands-on work and have a strong eye for quality, they will train you on the rest!
