Role Description

The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Rio Verde, AZ. In this position, the Production Associate supports daily manufacturing activities, including preparing materials, loading and unloading production lines, and operating equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. The role includes monitoring machines, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting any issues to supervisors to help maintain smooth and efficient operations. The Production Associate assists with in-process quality checks, labeling, packaging, and inventory handling, while following standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This role works closely with the production team to meet output goals and adapt to changing priorities as projects and product runs evolve.

Qualifications

• Production support skills, including Production Assistance and experience working on Production Lines.
• Hands-on equipment skills, including basic Machine Operation and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Quality-focused skills, including attention to detail and participation in Quality Control processes.
• Adaptability skills, including being Easily Adaptable to changing schedules, products, and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability in an on-site production environment.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred; experience in beauty, wellness, or home-care production is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn and follow documented procedures and regulatory standards.
