Job summary

Cascades in Pryor, OK is seeking a Production Associate to join our team on the floor where materials are transformed into finished products. The role supports changeovers, sleeve changes, winder/unwinder, and printer sections, in a fast-paced environment that values safety and teamwork.

This position offers overnight 4-on-4-off shifts (7 PM–7 AM), climate-controlled plant, eligibility for profit sharing after one year, medical insurance after 30 days, vacation after 6 months, and a boot voucher

Qualifications

• SAP experience preferred.
• Safety training preferred.
• Follow all safety guidelines and utilize PPE at all times.

• Schedule:4 On 4 Off - OVERNIGHT (7PM to 7AM) 12hr shifts.

Your strengths as a Production Associate

You are a natural fit for this role if:

• SAP experience preferred
• Safety training preferred
• Follow all safety guidelines and utilize all application PPE at all times
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Maintain positive attitude and co-operate with colleagues and management
• Ensure conformance to product specifications by completing all quality checks
• Work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
