Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and fulfil customer orders in various formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read drawings and measurements and work in a team.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Clean, package and label finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in safety compliance.
