Job summary

The Vincit Group is hiring a line filler to package pre-blended chemicals, correctly label materials, and load finished goods onto outbound trucks at our Harrisonburg, VA facility. The role requires PPE compliance and strict adherence to DOT/OSHA standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in an industrial setting, and 18+ years of age. A chemistry-related associate’s degree is preferred; 2+ years in chemical production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill packaging with pre-blended chemicals
• Label packaging items per DOT and OSHA requirements

• Wear PPE at all times
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move packaging items
• Complete batch tickets and manufacturing logs
• Maintain a safe, clean and dry work area
• Adhere to standard instructions for measuring/weighing chemicals
