Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate for Portland, OR. Earn $22.00 to $24.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–2:30 PM schedule. You will inspect, assemble, and package products to help maintain quality and production goals.

Responsibilities include receiving and labeling raw materials, handling drums and containers safely, performing inventory counts, and operating warehouse equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, plus 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years' manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience and training is a plus.
• Experience with material handling, inventory management, or shipping and receiving preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic computer and scanner skills for inventory tracking and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety compliance in a warehouse or production environment.
• Reliable attendance, teamwork, and clear communication skills.

• Perform inventory counts, maintain accurate warehouse records, and complete required documentation on time.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, keep the warehouse organized to 5S standards, inspect materials for damage or contamination, and support spill response, production, and shipping teams as needed.

• Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment while wearing required PPE.
