Cardinal Staffing Services in Perrysburg, OH is immediately hiring a Production Associate for a large client in Northwood, OH. You will cut and assemble window screen frames to changing specifications, using a computer-driven measuring device.

This temp-to-hire role offers $16/hour with benefits including health insurance and referral bonuses. 1st shift operates 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime possible on Fridays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use computer devices.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a neat, 5S compliant work area.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Assist in other areas as workload permits.

• Assemble components per customer specs and inspect for defects.

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring a Production Associate for a large, well-known client in Northwood, OH. As Production Associate, you will be responsible for collaborating with team members to cut and assemble window screen frames to changing specifications, using a computer-driven measuring device. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! Available shift: 1st shift: 6AM to 4:30PM Monday to Thursday, overtime is possible on Friday's

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor products constantly to ensure quality standards.
• Maintains the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
• Follows safety procedures and guidelines; and notifies others of existing or potential safety issues.
• Assist in other work areas when workload permits or requires.
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
• Thoroughly complete all documentation, such as production reports.
• Assemble various components based on customer specifications and quality standards.
• Thoroughly inspect products for defects or errors.
• Verify size, color, and configuration of production utilizing labeling systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Job requires lifting up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills, ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to communicate procedures and instruct others in a clear and precise manner
