Job summary

Sonoco Products Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role supports safety and quality policies across multiple shifts, including 3rd, 1st, and 2nd shifts, with an 8-hour schedule.

The position offers a $23.75 hourly wage and opportunities to collaborate with a diverse team while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Previous manufacturing experience and forklift familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions.
• Previous experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in support of Sonoco's Safety and Quality policies.
• Collaborating closely with other team members.
• Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems and situations.
• Monitor and report on quality of manufactured products.
• Perform all duties as designated by Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.

Position: Production Associate

Shift: Shift Schedule: 3rd Shift - 10PM-6:30AM (Sunday night-Friday morning), 1st Shift - 6AM-2:30PM (Monday-Friday), 2nd Shift 2PM-10:30PM (Monday-Friday) Shift placement to be determined after training. 8-hr shift

Wage: $23.75
