Job summary

Sonoco in Orlando, FL is seeking a Production Associate to support safety and quality policies across all manufacturing duties. Shifts include 3rd, 1st, and 2nd with placement after training; 8-hour shifts and a wage of $23.75 per hour. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, can follow standard work instructions, and maintain excellent attendance.

• Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions
• Previous experience operating a forklift (Recommended, not Required)
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record

• Collaborating closely with other team members
• Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems and situations
• Monitor and report on quality of manufactured products
• Perform all duties as designated by Supervisor/Manager

Shift: Shift Schedule: 3rd Shift – 10PM-6:30AM (Sunday night-Friday morning), 1st Shift – 6AM-2:30PM (Monday-Friday), 2nd Shift 2PM-10:30PM (Monday-Friday) Shift placement to be determined after training. 8-hr shift
Wage: $23.75
