Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Omaha, NE
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift M-TH 6:00 am - 4:00 pm OR 4:00 pm - 2:00 am, Fri as needed
Starting: Starting at $18.54/hr PLUS $1 differential for 2nd shift

As a Production Associate, you'll make an impact by:

• Packaginghay and hay-based products for delivery to customers, ensuring products meet all quality assurance specifications including appearance and weight.
• Following all safety procedures, and wear required personal safety equipment.
• Following all food safety procedures.
• Properly operatingpackaging equipment properly to prevent personal injury, damage to equipment, and downtime. Notify supervisor immediately if equipment is not running properly.
• Maintaining production rates that meet company goals for daily output and product quality.
• Working on designated line and change lines when needed and directed by supervisor.

What you Need to Succeed:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a production setting preferred.
• Ability to work with hay and hay-based products.
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds (100 pound requirement for bulk), with some overhead lifting.
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and walk across uneven surfaces while working.
• Ability to operate equipment for moving materials, if applicable.
• To better ensure the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required.
