Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Production Associate for 1st shift in O'Fallon, MO to assemble single-use microsurgical instruments. You will follow detailed work instructions, work with a team, and help ensure products meet SOP criteria while complying with FDA/CGMP regulations.

The position is a 6-month assignment with various start times (5:30am–4:00pm etc.) and occasional overtime on Fridays. Pay is $18/hour, and a stable work history is desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Previous manufacturing or small parts assembly experience.
• Stable work history.
• Basic math and literacy skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and use basic measurement instruments (gauges, etc.).
• Experience working with a microscope preferred (training provided).
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
• Reliable transportation (No public transit access).

Schedule & Compensation:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday (Various start/end times: 5:30am–4:00pm, 6:00am–4:30pm, 5:45am–4:15pm)

• Occasional overtime on Fridays as needed

• Pay Rate: $18/hour

• 6-month assignment
