Job summary

Amcor Limited in Kentucky is seeking a production associate to join our team on fast-paced 12-hour shifts. You will inspect film and bags for defects, perform quality checks, pack products into cartons, verify weights and counts, and help keep a clean, organized workstation.

You’ll contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in manufacturing, can lift 50 lbs, communicate effectively, and read packing specs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect film and bags for color variation, width, length, seal strength and defects.
• Complete accurate quality checks and required paperwork on time.
• Pack film and bags in cartons per workorder specifications.
• Verify weights and counts of product, maintaining carton and skid counts.
• Weigh and manage scrap.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work station.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate quality checks and required paperwork on a timely basis.
• Packing film and bags in cartons, according to workorder specifications.
• Verify weights and counts of product, while maintaining correct carton and skid counts.
• Weigh and manage scrap.
• Responsible for maintaining work station in a clean well-organized manner.
• All other duties as assigned.
