Aerotek is hiring a Production Associate for a contract position based in North Providence, RI. The role involves assembling door units, using hand and power tools, and following detailed work orders to meet daily production goals.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of manufacturing or related experience, be comfortable reading a tape measure, and be able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced production setting. Monday–Friday shifts start at 6:00 AM with on-site work.

• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, production, or a related field
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and work in an active production environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation (shift starts at 6:00 AM)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of North Providence, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
