Position Summary

Production Associates operate our production line at our Audubon, PA facility. A Production Associate will be responsible for tasks including product inspection, product assembly, and material packaging.

Essential Duties

• Assemble components and parts into finished product.
• Operate various hand tools as necessary for assembly tasks.
• Package finished products for shipment or further processing.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Committed to safety as your top priority.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to perform essential computer tasks, including opening an internet browser, navigating to training websites, and accessing payroll and timekeeping systems. Familiarity with both web-based and app-based timekeeping tools is preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand English preferred.
• Ability to work independently, under general guidelines and supervision.
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Close attention to detail and adherence to our quality standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities as needed.
• Web-based video/audio training.
• App-based timekeeping.

Physical & Mental/Cognitive Requirements

• Ability to positively interact and communicate.
• Ability to maintain composure under stress and when dealing with interpersonal conflict.
• Ability to work cooperatively and productively with co-workers.
• Ability to work in a dynamic open warehouse environment where ambient noise levels are typically moderate to high, including sounds generated by machinery, forklifts, material handling and general workplace communication.
• Ability to work based on scheduled hours at our facility in Audubon, PA.
• Ability to sustain sedentary work for prolonged periods sitting at a workstation.
• Ability to read, in English, various complex documents, frequently in small print.
• Ability to move up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or exert force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body with the assistance of a mechanical device.
• Ability to respond to audible emergency signals/alarms on equipment and fire alarm.
