Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking a Production Associate to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will pack, sort, inspect, move materials, and follow work orders to ensure quality production standards are met.

Responsibilities include packing and preparing products for shipment, inspecting quality, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Prior production/warehouse experience is preferred; forklift or sewing experience is a plus if applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
