Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Join the Value Added Distributors team! We are seeking a full-time Production Associate to join us in New Philadelphia, OH. In this role, you'll assemble hydraulic hoses, support warehouse operations, and help deliver quality products to customers. You'll earn $17.00 per hour while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

About This Production Associate Role

You'll work with hydraulic hose components, accurately cutting and assembling products while following quality and safety standards. You'll complete inspection paperwork, maintain inventory records, assist with shipping and receiving activities, and become cross‑trained across multiple business functions. You'll also support product deliveries and customer restocking efforts while helping your team meet production schedules and customer expectations.

This position works Monday‑Friday from 6:30 AM‑3:00 PM with overtime as needed.
