Production Associate in New Albany, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour with an additional shift differential for 2nd shift

Shift and hours available:

1st shift 7am - 3pm

2nd Shift 2pm-10pm

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform various manual tasks as part of the production process.
• Load materials into production machines.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to company policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs during a shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Reliable and consistent with attendance policies.
• Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions following company policies.
• Attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies.
