WestRock in Mishawaka, IN is hiring for manufacturing positions in a union facility. Primary duties include safely stacking product, performing quality checks, setting up materials, and keeping a clean, organized workspace.

Positions require a high school diploma, ability to read a tape measure, basic math and computer skills; ability to lift 50 lbs; overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts. Training provided; drug screening after conditional offer.

Location: 1925 Stone Court, Mishawaka, IN 46545 Pay: $20.20/hr (up to $24.24 after training period) Shift Differential: 2nd Shift - $0.60/hr, 3rd Shift - $0.60/hr Shifts we are hiring on: 2nd (M-F, 2:54 pm -11 pm) or 3rd Shift (Sun- Thur, 10:54 pm -7 am) Union Facility. MUST be able to work 2nd and 3rd Shift. Can't guarantee what shift you will go on once training is completed. Primary duties include: Safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking product, conducting quality checks, material set‐up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations.
• Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift. Required to work daily overtime, weekend work, and various shifts depending on position.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery.
• Have a desire to advance and grow within the organization.
• Manufacturing experience (preferred) however not required ‐ full training provided.
• Military training and or Technical School preferred
• Previous paper or printing converting experience is a plus
