Job summary

Creation Technologies is hiring an assembler to work on the manufacturing floor assembling electrical panels and circuit boards. You will inspect, trim, and solder components, follow documented procedures, and ensure quality throughout the process.

The role requires reading instructions in English, good hand dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs as part of daily duties. Safety gear and clean work practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bright, aggressive, and a self-starter.
• Hand dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
• Knowledge of tools/equipment used for forming and lead lengths.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per documentation and drawings.
• Trim and form leaded parts.
• visually inspect and solder touch-up defects and hand-solder boards.
• Repair hardware/components on boards due to wave solder/wash processes.
• Keep workstation clean at all times and fill out production docs.
• Move and lift assembly parts up to 40 lbs and package final product.
• Move materials within the cell area and assist with area clean-up.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Cell Team Leader.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but not limited to:

• Assemble, inspect, and prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation and drawings.
• Trim and form leaded parts.
• Visually inspect and solder touch-up of solder defects.
• Hand solder and hand-clean circuit boards as needed.
• Repair hardware and/or components on circuit boards due to wave solder machine and/or washing process.
• Keep workstation clean at all times.
• Properly fill out production documentation.
• Push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts from floor height to shoulder height 40 lbs.
• Package final product.
• Move electrical panels/circuit boards, compounds, and materials within cell area.
• Overall area clean up.
• Push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts from floor height to shoulder height 40 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned by the Cell Team Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education or equivalent

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to read procedure manuals and understand assembly documents written in the English language.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language with other team members.
• Bright, aggressive, and a self-starter.
• Hand dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Knowledge of related tools and equipment and their usage to ensure acceptable forming and lead lengths.
