Spherion Mid Ohio in Lexington Township, OH is seeking Production Associates to join a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will assemble electronic components such as switches and sensors, operate production equipment, and participate in cross-training to learn multiple stations.

Shifts offered include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with a $15.50–$16.00/hour base pay and a shift differential. A temp-to-hire path begins after 480 hours with strong attendance and reliability encouraged.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
• OT as needed

Pay:

$15.50 – $16.00 per hour (Shift Differential)
