The Job at a Glance

The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for testing and verifying all returned materials. You will work with the service manager to contest text on received products and provide data within our system. You will ensure all QA processes are met and take inventory of our products.

A Typical Day

• Process incoming Return Material Authorization (RMA) products.
• Test & verify returned materials.
• Sort and inventory products and accessories as required.
• Conduct tests and verifications of received products.
• Help prepare, pack, and ship outgoing replacement RMA products to customers and partners.
• Provide complete, accurate, and timely data collection utilizing the company tracking software.
• Assist Senior Technicians with repair of audio products.
• Ensure all Quality Assurance procedures are implemented and closely followed.
• Conduct cycle counts as directed and accurately record the results.

• You are a fanatic for detail and are incredibly accurate.
• You have the ability to follow procedures to perform test procedures with minimum supervision.
• You've excelled in a high-technology manufacturing and/or testing environment.
• You enjoy assembling.
• You have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to sit or move around for prolonged periods.
• You have great communication skills & proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• You're able to work in the office at our Sweetwater distribution center.
