Job summary

Marquee Staffing seeks a Production Associate I to support the assembly of cable, wired and wireless products in Irvine, CA. The role involves following written instructions, using precision tools, and meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will work a 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. shift, with an $18/hour base pay and growth opportunities within 4–6 months at a higher rate; prior production experience preferred. This position is 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or assembly preferred.
• Ability to operate testing and measurement equipment.
• Able to read and follow written blueprints and assembly procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to instructions, blueprints, and procedures.
• Accurately track daily tasks in the labor-tracking system.
• Use testing and measurement equipment to ensure products meet specs.
• Complete production orders within established labor standards.
• Notify supervisor promptly when problems arise.
• Follow quality processes to meet customer requirements.
• Recommend improvements to efficiency or quality in manufacturing processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Production Associate I

Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Reports To: Production Supervisor

$18/hr (Growth-oriented, conversion within 4-6 months at a higher rate)

Position Description: The Production Associate is responsible for completing cable, wired and/or wireless, and other product assemblies for customer orders or inventory within an assigned production cell. The work includes assembly, cable crimping, and handling small parts. Prior production or assembly experience is preferred. This is an hourly position based on a 40-hour workweek.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to written and verbal instructions, supplied blueprints, and internal assembly procedures.
• Accurately track daily tasks in the labor-tracking system.
• Use various testing and measurement equipment, including network analyzers, calipers, multimeters, pin gauges, and micrometers, to ensure products meet performance requirements.
• Complete production orders within established labor standards.
• Immediately notify the appropriate supervisor or support team when problems arise.
• Follow all quality processes and procedures to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, or manufacturing processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
