About the Role

As a Production Associate in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly, fabrication, and packaging of products. Your work will directly impact the quality and timeliness of production output, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. You will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain production schedules and meet company standards. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be essential to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Ultimately, your efforts will support the delivery of high-quality products to customers while optimizing operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and operational guidelines.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to improve production skills and knowledge.

Schedule

Training hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Upon completion of training, the schedule will transition to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off.

Location

Training will take place in Cypress, TX. After August, the position will transition to Tomball, TX (77377)
