Role

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Production Associate is responsible for processing incoming donations and providing them to the retail sales floor. Our culture emphasizes trust, respect, professionalism, teamwork, and cooperation.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, grade, price, and rack donations, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Understand products, promotions, and pricing standards to improve retail sales.
• Maintain a neat work area and store environment.
• Understand and apply CommunityAid’s sales and marketing methods.
• Work flexibly across various production sections as needed, responding to supervisor directions.
• Assist with store opening, closing, and other tasks as assigned.
• Report theft, injuries, and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Follow all policies and standards outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse or production experience helpful
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
