The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years in production or related fields, and a strong focus on quality and teamwork. OT and weekend hours may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related production, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
• Pharmaceutical, medical device, GMP, or regulated manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong work history with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production and manufacturing equipment.
• Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality procedures.
• Weigh, handle, and transport production materials.
• Perform in-process inspections and quality checks.
• Count, sort, label, package, and box finished products.
• Palletize and prepare completed products for movement or shipment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and production work areas.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Identify and communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement and overall production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Production Associate – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Position Summary

The Production Associate supports the manufacturing and packaging of medical products while following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, quality, and production procedures. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to work efficiently in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support production and manufacturing equipment

Shift Information

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
• Some weekend work and overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of related production, manufacturing, or logistics experience
• Previous pharmaceutical, medical device, GMP, or regulated manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Strong work history with reliable attendance
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and detailed procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and twist
• Manual dexterity to assemble, handle, and package products efficiently
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift
