Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
• Proven reliability with attendance policies and punctuality.
• Mechanically inclined with basic math and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to perform simple manual production tasks.
• Load materials into production machines and set up equipment.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Pack, sort, and dispose of materials per policies.
• Maintain clean work areas and participate in waste removal.

As a Production Associate you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality products are available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
• Load materials into production machines.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
• Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.

Qualifications

• Able to repeatedly lift to 50lbs within a scheduled shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Proven history as being reliable and consistent with following attendance policies.
• Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
• Can make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for details.
• Promote and utilize 5-S standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness and safety.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Have good attendance and safety record.
