Job summary

CertaPro Painters is seeking a Production Associate to support field supervision and ensure high-quality painting jobs for residential and commercial projects. You will help Job Site Supervisors, coordinate safety, and drive a culture of excellence on site.

Responsibilities include training, process adherence, and ensuring crews follow OSHA/EPA guidelines while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is on-site, with opportunities to grow within the production team.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in related field preferred.
• Must speak, read, and write English.
• Spanish speaking (Conversational at a minimum).
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Understanding of construction & painting processes.
• Knowledge in multiple finishes and paint application.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Strong written/verbal skills, including proof-reading and basic math for estimating.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven ability to set, meet and exceed goals.
• Previous paint industry experience preferred but not required.

• Support to Job Site Supervisors and build a performance culture among the team.
• Service all CertaPro Painters customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life.
• Develop a close working relationship with the Residential Sales Associate and the Office Associate to ensure all expectations set forth with the customers are met and best executed.
• Develop a recruiting, development, and retention program for the Job Site Supervisors and properly onboarding them to setting them up for production success.
• Ensure that all field programs and systems are being executed.
• Responsible for providing ongoing training and inspections related to safety, as well as conducting safety meetings.
• Responsible for ensuring that all crews are following OSHA and EPA guidelines and possess MSDS.

Production Associate Overview

Production Associate Responsibilities

Production Associate Qualifications And Skills
