Position: Production Associate
Schedule: Full-Time | 4x10s | 40 Hours/Week
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

Production & Equipment Operation
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble, package, and label cannabis products to meet quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance.
Quality Control & Documentation
Maintain accurate batch records, product counts, and production data.
Identify and report any product inconsistencies or deviations to supervisors.
Team Collaboration & Workflow Optimization
Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily production targets.
Follow SOPs and contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Safety & Equipment Maintenance
Adhere to all company safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
Monitor equipment performance, report malfunctions, and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
Inventory & Compliance Support
Assist with raw material prep, tracking, and staging for production use.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of cannabis products in line with state regulations.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow instructions, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain consistency under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
Reliable team player with effective communication skills.
Preferred:
Prior experience in cannabis, food processing, or general manufacturing.
Familiarity with cannabis regulatory standards and compliance procedures.
Knowledge of basic safety and sanitation protocols in a production environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels.
