Job summary

The Finest Accessories, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support our order fulfillment operations across our luxury fashion brands. You will ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in packing, labeling, and shipping, helping to deliver the high-standard customer experience our brand is known for.

This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is comfortable operating warehouse equipment, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong manual dexterity and stamina.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pulling, tagging, dropping, labeling, and packing inventory.
  • Creating and applying product and UPC labels.
  • Verifying order accuracy and preparing packing slips and shipping documentation.
  • Processing and tracking shipments via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Assisting with inventory counts, audits, and inventory record updates.
  • Identifying and reporting damaged, missing, or low-stock items.
  • Safely operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and scanners.
  • Inspecting inventory and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participating in cross-training and supporting other warehouse or production functions as needed.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Taking part in company wide “All Hands on Deck” initiatives during peak seasons.
  • Contributing ideas to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance.

Position Overview

As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of our order fulfillment operation. Your work will directly support our customers’ experience and help maintain the high standards associated with our brand.
