Job summary

Ranew's Companies' subsidiary Stripmasters in Decatur, IL is seeking Production Associates to join the team on the 1st shift. In this role you will perform a variety of production tasks on the floor under supervision, following defined directions to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will maintain clean work areas, observe quality standards, log production records, and work with teammates to meet daily targets while adhering to safety procedures and using PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks as assigned by supervisors in accordance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklists and report concerns.
• Maintain production records as required.
• Support team members and assist in meeting daily production targets.
• Operate hand tools and basic machinery as required.
• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Production Associates are responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production floor to support manufacturing operations. They work under supervision and rely on specific direction and instructions to complete their duties safely and efficiently.
