Staffmark is hiring for a Production Associate in Dayton, OH, where you will be working for a leading manufacturing supplier dedicated to empowering their employees, innovation, and continuous improvement. If you have 2-4 years of relevant experience, it's time that we connect!



Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday | $16/hr. (plus 10% shift differential)

Overtime as needed



Job Summary:

The operator learns industrial math, print reading, and machining theory specific to their assigned department. Under the guidance of a Level 3 Trainer or Team Leader, you will develop skills related to machine operation, including safely loading raw materials, unloading finished products, and performing basic deburring. Will be introduced to safety procedures, materials, and machining processes such as drilling, turning, and sawing. Gain hands-on experience operating lathes and milling machines, follow the sequence of operations on routers, and maintain communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
