Job summary

Hunter Douglas is looking for a Production Associate to assemble outdoor shading products, including motorized shades and awnings, in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires using power tools, reading job orders, and lifting 50+ lbs, with attention to detail and teamwork.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch. Overtime and non-climate-controlled environment experience are valued. Competitive compensation is offered.

Position Overview

The Production Associate is responsible for assembling outdoor shading products, including motorized patio shades and awnings, in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. This role involves using power tools, reading job orders, and accurately measuring components to ensure quality and precision. The position requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly, work effectively in a team, and follow safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and physical stamina are essential for success in this role.

Who you are

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly through 8+ hour shift
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure accurately, down to 1/16 inch, to ensure proper dimensions in assembly.
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to read and understand basic English
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency in using power tools and measuring tools to assemble products accurately
